- Sample wet or dry surfaces for radioactive contamination with these efficient, convenient 1-3/4 inch diameter cloth sampling smears. They feature a textured surface with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that allows for easy re-attachment and provides a preferred firmer smear. These smears can then be placed on record paper or in planchet pan for further analysis.
